FENCING AND LANDSCAPING APPLICATIONS
Am I eligible for a fencing or landscaping package?
If you have a fencing or landscaping annexure in your contract, you may be eligible for the packages as long as you have submitted your plans and colours for approval and have been given full developer approval. If you are in doubt, feel free to contact our administration team at [email protected].
When do I have to apply for my fencing and landscaping?
As per your contract, fencing and landscaping must be applied for 8 weeks before your handover is expected. This is to ensure fencing is completed in time for you as our contractors work on many lots. If you are well past this date, we can still accept your applications, however please be aware that an 8-week wait can still apply.
How do I apply for fencing or landscaping?
Please download the forms located below and fill out all pages of both forms. Please remember to also attach a copy of your site plan. Once these are filled out then send these documents to our administration team at [email protected].
Inghams chicken farm & feedmill
The Ingham Chicken Farm & Feedmill currently operates on land adjacent to Garden Park Grove. The current operations on the site are limited to the feedmill, which produces animal feed for chickens and other poultry, and ancillary administration. Historically, the site was used for hatching and raising chickens, but there are no longer any chickens being bred or raised on the site.
The land that the feedmill occupies is owned by a major ASX-listed development company, and Inghams have a lease on the land until November 2022. From December 2022, the site will be vacated by Inghams, and we understand the developer will then begin to demolish buildings and commence preparations for their new development. The plan for their development has been prepared and they have lodged an amended Local Structure Plan based on their proposal for their site.
Garden Park Grove was granted development approval by the City of Wanneroo and WAPC with full knowledge the Inghams facility was nearing its end of operation and would be leaving the site at the end of 2022.
